Les Raymond has been working as a movement and lifestyle coach since 2009.  He is co-owner of The Mindful Movement and Coreworks Gym in Maryland.  As an advocate for mindful living, Les coaches clients on improving their quality of life by bringing more awareness to all aspects of healthy living. While movement is the main focus, Les emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition, recovery, and stress management.
