Laura C. Cannon has been leading meditation groups for over a decade. She has studied and practiced Buddhism in both the Vipassana and Dzogchen traditions for the past twenty years. She is a graduate of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training program and she is also a Certified Buddhist Meditation Teacher with the Buddhist Studies Institute. She holds the CMT-P credential as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher – Professional by the International Meditation Teachers Association and is a 200hr. RYT yoga instructor.
She's been offering transformational coaching sessions for couples and individuals for more than 15 years.
