- How can I book my private session?
- Once you have purchased your private sessions with Les, you will be redirected to our calendar where you would be able to book a date that fits you!
- Can the package be spread out over longer than 5 weeks?
- Yes, if you prefer to meet every other week, that is fine. Les will work with your schedule and your needs to make this program right for you.
- Do I need to have a lot of experience working out before starting this program?
- No. Les will create a program tailored to your physical needs. He will also offer you progressions to build up to in your movement practice.
- What if I need more than five sessions?
- You can purchase another 5 week package if you need a new program and want continued support. Or you can purchase additional single sessions to make minor adjustments with Les' support.
