Hypno-Coaching Session with Sara

Schedule your transformational coaching session and go from where you are to where you want to be.

Together, we can work on one issue for a significant breakthrough with this session.

We may use hypnotherapy, somatic techniques, inner child healing, nervous system regulation, or many other tools to support you.

NOTES:

• This is a 60-minute Zoom meeting with Sara.
• You will be directed to schedule your session after purchase.
• You will receive the Zoom login information once your appointment is scheduled.
• Please arrive on time for your meeting.  Ensure a good internet connection.
• Allow 30 minutes after the session for processing and integration.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your sessions are a dedicated space created just for you. To honor both your time and the energy set aside for this work, we have the following policy in place.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee.

Sessions canceled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund and will be considered used.

Your session is designed to support meaningful change within a focused window of time. All sessions must be completed within 3 months of the original purchase date. Any unused sessions, will expire after this period.
