Meeting the part that needed protecting, with compassion and warmth.

Reparenting, integration, and finding your way back to yourself in daily life.

Sara is a Pilates and Yoga teacher, Hypnotherapist, Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, and Relationship Coach.
The Deep Unwind began as an in-person retreat. Participants called it one of the most impactful weekends of their lives. This is that experience, brought home to you.
I created The Deep Unwind because I know what it's like to use busyness as a way of staying on the surface of your own life, and I know what a held space can give you that nothing else reaches.
