Meet Les and Sara Raymond

We are the founders of The Mindful Movement. We live in Maryland with our two kids and two dogs. Together, we have been in the movement field for an approximate collective 35 years.

We founded The Mindful Movement in August of 2016 because we are passionate about helping others grow and live mindful, fulfilled lives. We have both experienced profound growth and fulfillment in living a mindful lifestyle.

Together we help others live a more mindful life, deepening their awareness and sense of gratitude. We strive to inspire others to live authentically with love and abundance.
